Colonel Ruffs is an Epic character who can be unlocked from the Spooky World. He has low health and high damage. He attacks by shooting with his laser gun. His Baby ability immediately upgrades any member in his squad into a Fused character, and fusing himself immediately if he is the first character chosen in battle. His Classic ability increases the health of all Fused members in his dquad by 1,200. His Super ability allows the squad to find a Lucky Find after opening 6 Battle Chests. His Ultra ability increases the health of all Fused members in his squad by 12%. His origin game is Brawl Stars.

Strategy

Offensive Strategy

• With his high damage and ranged attack, he is a great offensive choice to use against enemy squads or monsters alike.
• With his Ultra ability, Colonel Ruffs can raise the damage of all fused character in his squad, including the one that will be promoted to a fused character by his Baby ability. The damage boost can stack up to 9 Colonels Ruffs (3 Fused Colonels Ruffs), for a total of a 30% damage boost.
• He pairs very well with the Archer Queen. Since he is ranged, he will benefit from her attack speed boost, and along with the damage boost from his Ultra ability, they will be able to output a lot of damage or create a very powerful fused ranged character that will shred through enemies.

Defensive Strategy

• Since his Classic ability increases the health of all fused members in his squad, it can increase the longevity of his squad, particularly if it consists of fused characters. Like his Ultra ability, the health boost of his Classic ability can stack up to 9 Colonels Ruffs (3 Fused Colonels Ruffs), for a total of a 2,300 health boost.
• Because of the Classic ability, he can serve as an alternative to the Battle Healer, for the role of increased squad longevity. However, while his initial health boost is higher than Battle Healer's, it increases far less as more Colonels Ruffs are added to the squad, with 5 of them providing a smaller bonus than 5 Battle Healers. In addition, unlike Battle Healer, he does not affect non-fused characters and he is unable to heal his squad if needed.
